ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
The Caterpillar Young Apprentice Program offers the chance to start your career at a global leader in construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. We provide a space for you to gain valuable development experience and kickstart your professional journey.
WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES?
The welding apprentice assists in manufacturing/welding routines, practically developing the knowledge gained in the classroom.
WHO CAN BE AN APPRENTICE AT CATERPILLAR?
- 18+ years old
- Complete high school education
- Reside in Piracicaba
- Have not been a welding apprentice before
- Availability to start the apprenticeship course on the scheduled date (expected for February 2025)
- No prior professional experience required
