ABOUT OUR PROGRAM :
The Caterpillar Young Apprentice Program offers a chance to start your career at a global leader in construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. It provides a space for valuable development experience and the beginning of your professional journey.
WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES?
The apprentice will gain practical experience in various company areas, assisting with organization, planning, and daily activities.
WHO CAN BE AN APPRENTICE AT CATERPILLAR? :
- 18+ years old
- Completed high school
- Reside in Campo Largo, Balsa Nova, or Curitiba
- Have not been an apprentice before
- Available to start the apprenticeship course as scheduled by the company and educational institution (SENAI) – expected for April 2025
- No prior professional experience required
