Principais responsabilidades:

• Fornecer suporte administrativo;
• Auxiliar em tarefas básicas de contabilidade, como registrar despesas e processar faturas (controle T&E, SAP, Concur e Ariba);
• Auxiliar na organização de contratos, documentos legais e arquivos de casos.
• Manter arquivos físicos e digitais para o departamento jurídico;
• Apoiar a preparação de documentos simples, cartas e relatórios (sob supervisão);
• Realizar pesquisas jurídicas básicas sobre legislação e jurisprudência;
• Ajudar e acompanhar prazos internos e coletar informações para a equipe jurídica.

Qualificações e requisitos:

• Ser formado no ensino médio ou estudante de graduação período NOTURNO;
• Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido (presencial segunda, terça e quarta);
• Proatividade, responsabilidade, boa comunicação, boa atenção aos detalhes, bom trabalho em equipe, comprometimento, pontualidade.
