Principais responsabilidades:

• Fornecer suporte administrativo;
• Auxiliar em tarefas básicas de contabilidade, como registrar despesas e processar faturas (controle de T&E, SAP, Concur e Ariba);
• Auxiliar na preparação de eventos, apresentações e materiais para reuniões;
• Auxiliar no agendamento de reuniões, incluindo organização de catering e reserva de salas de conferência;
• Auxiliar na organização de viagens para executivos;
• Ser proativo, ter boas habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento para auxiliar executivos, equipes, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros internos e externos.

Qualificações e requisitos:

• Ser formado no ensino médio ou estudante de graduação período NOTURNO;
• Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido (presencial segunda, terça e quarta);
• Proatividade, boa comunicação, boa atenção aos detalhes, comprometimento, pontualidade.
