Job description

Assist in the daily routines of the department's operations.

Main responsibilities

1. Assist in updating control spreadsheets for the departments;
2. Deliver documents to other departments;
3. Archive documents;
4. Schedule meetings;
5. Support events and department demands;
6. Provide assistance in departmental activities;

Requirements and skills

• Age between 16 and 22 years;
• High school in progress or completed;
• Basic knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Additional information

Work hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 12:38 PM to 4:38 PM
