Green Hydrogen Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity). Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and service providers, including supporting supplier development efforts. Ensure smooth office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management. Provide logistical and administrative support to expatriates, including onboarding and integration. Oversee the administration of company-leased properties, including lease management, maintenance coordination, and utility/service arrangements. Deliver general administrative support to the local team and assist with internal processes as needed. Requirements And Qualifications Experience: Experience in office management, or administrative support. Previous involvement in multinational or multicultural environments. Experience with office relocation processes is a plus. Language: Fluent English is mandatory & Spanish is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Executive Secretary, or a related field. Key Skills: Service-oriented mindset and ability to foster a positive work environment. Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
