O Jovem Aprendiz de RH – People Experience Partner será responsável por apoiar e impulsionar iniciativas que promovam uma jornada positiva para todos os colaboradores, desde o onboarding até o desenvolvimento contínuo. Principais Responsabilidades:1- Apoiar Programas de Employee ExperienceColaborar no desenho, implementação e melhoria contínua de programas que promovam um ambiente de trabalho positivo, desenvolvedor e engajador.2- Onboarding e Integração de Novos ColaboradoresAtuar no processo de integração, garantindo uma experiência acolhedora e eficiente para novos colaboradores3- Engajamento e Voz do ColaboradorApoiar a aplicação e análise de pesquisas de engajamento, contribuir para programas de reconhecimento e participar da elaboração de planos de ação baseados no feedback dos colaboradores.4- Comunicação de RHParticipar da criação e divulgação de conteúdos, eventos e campanhas internas que reforcem os valores da Haleon e fortaleçam o time e as ações/processos de RH.Competências e Habilidades Desejadas:Comunicação clara e empática Capacidade analítica e atenção a detalhesProatividade, colaboração e vontade de aprenderFacilidade com ferramentas digitais (Ex: MS Office e Outlook)Discrição e ética no trato de informações confidenciaisPaixão por pessoas e cultura organizacional
