Job Summary

Support level trainee responsible for completing on-the-job training and performing general manufacturing tasks as directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Primary goal is to learn and complete on-the-job training for a smooth transition into support-level manufacturing roles.
2. Perform basic to moderately complex manufacturing tasks as learned and directed during training.
3. Successfully complete testing or certification requirements as necessary in the assigned area.
4. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations related to this position and as directed by the supervisor.
5. Follow all procedures within the company security policy.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write, read, and interpret visual aids.
• Capability to follow two-step instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Proficiency in basic math operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and interpret diagrams and graphs.
