Job Overview

As a Merchandising Apprentice at Mondelēz International, you will support the execution of exposure strategies and organization of products on the sales floor, ensuring brand presentation aligns with commercial guidelines. You will also support promotional area store staff and facilitate the setup of merchandising materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and restocking of products on shelves.
• Verify product validity and ensure correct pricing.
• Help remove products that are no longer saleable.
• Assist in assembling merchandising materials such as displays, island displays, and shelf ends.
• Monitor inventory at the point of sale.
• Record basic information such as stockouts, competitor activity, surveys, and photos.
• Prepare merchandise for inventory.
• Support the promoter in‑store.
• Provide support to promoters or area supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising experience (preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Computer literate with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Location & Schedule

100% in‑person. Base: São Paulo/SP.
