Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
• Monitor shelf and assortment.
• Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
• Perform required administrative tasks.
• Optimize the use of our point-of-sale material.
• Act as the customer’s first choice of supplier.
• Create exposure in stores.

Apprentice responsibilities include: organizing and replenishing products on the shelves, verifying expiration dates and proper pricing, assisting with the removal of unsellable items, supporting the assembly of merchandising materials (displays, island, endcaps), monitoring inventory at the point of sale, recording basic information such as stockouts, competitor activities, surveys, photos, and preparing goods for inventory. The apprentice also supports the store promoter and supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience (preferred).
• Confident interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve set goals.
• Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills.

Location

Base: São Paulo/SP. 100% on site.
