Overview

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter. This role supports the execution of merchandising strategies at the point of sale, ensuring the brand is well presented and aligned with commercial guidelines. The objective is to learn merchandising processes in practice, develop notions of strategic display, store relationship, and retail execution, and prepare for future promoter roles.

Responsibilities

• Organize and replenish products on the shelves (góndolas).
• Verify product expiration dates and ensure correct pricing.
• Assist in removing products that are not saleable (out of date).
• Support the setup of merchandising materials (displays, island, gondola ends).
• Monitor stock levels at the point of sale.
• Record basic information (stockouts, competition, surveys, photos).
• Organize merchandise for inventory.
• Support the promoter in-store.
• Provide assistance to the promoter or area supervisor.

Work Details

100% On-site. Base: Jandira/SP.
