Responsibilities

• Atuar em rotina de administração de tickets e suporte aos processos de rescisão e e-social
• Emissão e organização da documentação pertinente;
• Emissão de relatórios e documentos de acordo com o escopo de serviços acordado com o cliente
• Inclusão de dados nos sistemas referentes aos processos de rescisão e e-social
• Geração de kit de desligamento
• Emissão de relatórios gerenciais
• Contato direto com o cliente e o colaborador

Serão diferenciais

• Experiência para trabalhar com alto volume de processamento de dados
• Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços)
• Idioma: Inglês e/ou Espanhol
